I write things all the time, for a bunch of different people but writing a letter of resignation was the most stress-free and easiest thing I've ever written. After a few hesitant attempts, I flew that lil paper plane into email space and now I'm on holidays until next year! I don't know what to do with all this time, with uni being on break as well, I get to relive my life as a yung thug just living, not knowing what I'm gonna do tomorrow. tbh I'm already pretty bored and it's day 1...
After I quit I felt like something was missing from my email, then it hit me. It needed a soundtrack! Don't you wish you could attach songs to your letter of resignation to really drive home your points, keeps things fresh and interesting. Those letters must be so Zzzz to read but a song could really lighten the mood or enhance it, which is what I would hope to do in my case. If I was a "no fucks given" kinda gal, these are 5 potential songs I would have included. In hindsight I wish I hand-wrote the letter, burnt the 5 songs onto a gold CD and personally delivered it. Woah so empowering.
Another afterthought : should've had "bye felicia" as the subject. Missed opportunity.
