NLV PRESENTS PRESENTS IN PRESENT 2K15

Djemba Djemba, Mssingno, Monki, u already kno. 

So presents is spelt the same a 'presents' right? Like the things you get at birthday parties. Well I'm pretty sure when Nina Las Vegas brings the NLV Presents tour around the country each year, the intended definition of presents is "to formally introduce (someone) to someone else." e.g "May I present my wife?". However, the way I see it Nina is gifting us all by bringing the realest acts on her travelling party with her year after year, so technically they are her presents to us. It's a win-win type of situation, two birds with one stone if you will. 

Being the gracious host she is, Nina only provides the best, Djemba Djemba, Monki, Mssingno and herself were this years crowd pleasers. The team shutdown Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and Adelaide, inspiring early starting nights out that turned into early morning raves. I got to witness NLV's hometown show at Goodgod Small Club in Sydney, 1 of the 3 shows that sold out! The vibe in the crowd was so wild David Attenborough could've narrated it. Lets just say a 10am checkout after that kind of throw-down is not an ideal reality. 

Mssingno set the pace for the night before Monki took us to London, Djemba just dumped fire on everyone for an hour, Nina whipped it one last time (but not literally, I'm sure there's more where that came from) and then the b2b2b2b2b2b2b2b that included Cosmos Midnight, Wave Racer, Swick & Basenji could have been too much for people with pre-existing heart conditions to handle. It was only right that the last present Nina gave us was letting Shutdown be the closing song of the night and then it was lights on, request your uber, thanks for coming, cya later. 

Festivals, warehouse parties, and other solo tours are always going to be a good time but I'm all about these kinds of massive club nights and parties where things are less predictable and go a whole lot later into the night. So yeah, if Attenborough really was there he would have said, "here is a wild Kritty in her natural habitat".
