Hello again familiar faces and hello to new friends! Welcome to the first meeting of your Monday morning, I would like to start by introducing you to what will be your soundtrack for the week.

This playlist is scientifically proven (by me) to cure you're monday morning blues, and it's fo' freeee. It is recommended that you play this out loud when doing such activities like showering, brushing teeth, getting dressed etc, doing this will put you in an A+ mood and your good vibes will then ultimately rub off on you're workmates which will in turn change the world, wow the power!

I have thrown in a bunch of different styles into this one as usual, everything from 80's inspired pop, to trap and just about everything in between. Again, I am showcasing a heap of freshly ripened tracks that I found over the past week and can almost guarantee you'll obsess over at least half of them. Prepare yourself because let me tell you, the releases that have come out over the past couple of weeks have been all that and a bag of chips, I know I say this every week but I can't help it if 2015 is totally outdoing herself rn. The best song in the world, now has the best video in the world. I don't think I will ever be over this song, no matter how much I flog it, that intro still makes me feel some kind of way. You can't not be happy watching this video, you try it next time you have a reverse smile, watch this and you bet your ass you will cut that shit out, imagine if Britney Spears had this video in 2008, things would have gone so much better for her!

For you poor, neglected bb's who and are only hearing this song for the first time now and have been missing out on all the bubbles, all you need to know is that is produced by A.G Cook and SOPHIE from PC Music, a label that is currently winning the game of everything right now, and features vocals from Quinn Thomas a.k.a QT, she's a triple threat, but not your traditional one, she's a singer, dancer and...alchemist!?

Basically the song started as a GENIOUS marketing ploy for the energy drink formula she created called "QT" and now she's created a 3:56 minute advertisement for it disguised as the bubbliest, fizziest, super qt music video ever in lyf. Sorry Tiga, Bugatti held the music video award last year but its time to hand it over old friend, you had a good run. If you don't want to pop a can of QT once you've watched this then I admire your power to reject consumerism because I for one want a years supply, I want to cheers with everyone I know and then play Hey QT and dance on tables all night and I also want to bathe in it.

Hey fairy lips, I have a present for you. This magical package comes in the form of glitter sounds and rainbow juice for your ear holes from two babes from Perth, Danny Kay and Jay Lekat, better known under their moniker, GRRL PAL (to be real I was already 75% sold by their name alone but their music is just as super qt).

I am all about this musical couple right now, their music, their videos, their style, that production, that voice, I'M ALL ABOUT IT! I found this dream team one night as I was gold mining on Triple J's Unearthed website and as soon as I heard the intro to 'Dare' I knew they were right up my alley. Naturally, I put all 3 of their uploaded tracks on repeat for an amount of time I do not wish to disclose and then proceeded to follow them on every existing social media platform because this is 2015 and what else do you do in your spare time?

 They are an electro pop outfit that have created a sound for themselves that builds really beautifully and is so easy to listen to with all your bff's or alone in your bedroom. They have said they are influenced by 3 of my own music crushes, Grimes, Purity Ring and MØ (you guys should know by now how much I love this Danish babe). Pulling inspiration from these 3 artists it is no wonder I fell so hard for GRRL PAL straight away.

They currently have 5 songs under their belts but you can expect more where those little beauties came from as the pair have stated that they will be gifting us all with a brand new song every month this year! I am so giddy about these quirky kids and will be waiting patiently each month for their new release.
